You've been praying to the hebrew alphabet again
This time the natural disaster came
They prayed
To no avail
Your revealed religion nonscense
Keeps your position alive
Thankyou for preying on the feeble
My reason is intact
Crush the infamy
If they did'nt hear the first time
Crush the infamy
If they did'nt understand
Crush the infamy
As you expose yourselves
Oh rabbi, priest and imaam
This time the natural disaster came
They prayed
To no avail
Your revealed religion nonscense
Keeps your position alive
Thankyou for preying on the feeble
My reason is intact
Crush the infamy
If they did'nt hear the first time
Crush the infamy
If they did'nt understand
Crush the infamy
As you expose yourselves
Oh rabbi, priest and imaam

I suspect your poetry would be better received in a more related tribe. I'm still unsure as to whether this is trolling, spam or other.
As a general request to all, I will ask that people not post new threads of this nature unless they intend to engage in conversation when replies are given.
Dick, if you start a new post without response on your previous two, I will declare your behavior to be spamming, and will delete them all. -

Re: Ode To Voltaire A.K.A. The Kabbalah Rabbi
Tue, February 6, 2007 - 12:22 AMit's extremely crafty post spamming Ajm, he posts the poetry, the poetry is posted on his profile as well, the sites listed are his or related to him, he does the same on several other servers and all the content is irrelevant it's about generating hits and hence income. run a search on tribe I bet this forum pops up.
anyway, don't trust it it's just viral marketing. -

I'd be curious to hear how you determined this and how it actually works. If income can be generated by posting semi-random poetry on multiple servers/sites, it may be worth further attention. Hell, I could use a little extra.. -

Re: Ode To Voltaire A.K.A. The Kabbalah Rabbi
Wed, February 7, 2007 - 1:32 PMsee the problem with comment spamming is that it always looks a little odd...something is off and this turns administrators on to the fact that SOMETHING is up, the posts get deleted and the comment spammer has to come to terms with the factthat not only do they spam for a living they are no good at it.
this joker is either using his head and has realized this so has moved to poetry in order to conceal the only detectable atribute of comment spamming, or he has picked it up from someone else...probably the ladder.
the more the pseudo poetry generates confusion the more it generates discussion the more discussion the greater the odds that the keywords it is composed of will appear with repetition in the thread, the more this happens the greater the a target it becomes on google, when inclusive keywords are run in search criteria.
and thats that.
there are other things to look out for too, such as those who seek membership to a given tribe just so that their tribes will end up in the associated tribes of popular tribes, and conveniently those tribes are associated with their businesses and coincidentally none of their posts have any relevance or very little.
I am still not totally clear on the trendy catch names for these things I think "Trolling" is one of them but I have no clear definition of what "trolling actually is so I can't be sure. -

What is trolling? Baby don't hurt me. Don't hurt me. No more.

Trolling is the behavior associated with posting content specificly with the intention of "getting peoples' goat". Posts may be racially or socially inflammatory, stupidly illogical, or targetted as offensively contrary to the common theme of a discussion group. Those are the types I see most often; I'm sure there are many other variants on the concept. The bottom line is they want attention that mommy wouldn't give them, so they act out to get a response, validating their pathetic existence. When someone says, "Don't feed the trolls", they are encouraging us to ignore the problem in hopes that without attention the troll will shrivel up, die or just go away. Unfortunately I've been seeing a few persistent trouble-makers lately who have to be deleted to make them go away.
It has not occured in this tribe for over a year, so keep your fingers, eyes, toes and whatever other appendages you mutants may have crossed.

Comment spamming
Wed, February 7, 2007 - 1:42 PMit could be that the key words are only in the title also, notice how no one bothers to change the subject and with every new post the same keywords reappear? -
